Ever wish there was a social media program that went beyond the basics? One that teaches business owners how to use social media that embraces business 101 strategies? The 40 hour workplace education program, Social Media Level I helps business owners get beyond the basic Facebook usage and start exploring Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and such in a way that makes business “cents”. Learn how to make social media work for your business. This is also an excellent updating of skills if you have taken a social media program in the past.

Content covered during the program will include:

  • Working with Facebook, Graph Search and Apps
  •  Working with Twitter to create visibility
  •  Google Keyword Planner and Search
  •  Hootsuite and how to effectively schedule posts
  •  Instagram
  •  Working with Video
  •  Content Creation Fundamentals
  •  Effective Time Management
  •  LinkedIn
  •  Internet Security Basics (how to keep hackers out)
  •  Images, Canva, and more!

There are additional requirements for the Zoom online programs, as follows:  The program must be taken on a computer, laptop, or tablet; phones will not be an accepted device. Participants must have an Internet connection, hardwired preferred to wi-fi, high speed (no dial up). Headset or earbuds must be used, and the participant must have a webcam, if no camera in their laptop; video participation is a requirement, to ensure the connection to the instructor and other participants. A quiet place to focus is required, free from distractions. These details will be part of the INA process.

Start Date: Wednesday, April 14, 2021

Time: 1:00pm - 4:30pm

Classes will run every Wednesday for 11 consecutive weeks. Registration is not confirmation of acceptance in the program; you will be contacted as to your status after an individual needs assessment, and no later than April 9, 2021.

"What a fantastic learning experience! Having the opportunity to work hands on as we learned new tips and tricks made it so much easier to understand. The networking within the class was amazing. Can’t wait for the next session. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity."

Linda Harrington

TESTIMONIALS

I am thankful for CBDC NOBL’s contribution toward this because for me this project was a huge cost and there is no way our business could have afforded to have it done alone. The consultant work we had done helped reinforce the positive attributes of our company, which helps to keep us motivated. It also outlined several small goals for us to work on to achieve our ultimate goal which is to create greater visibility of our farm outlet and draw more customers to us.
