Jennifer is a Customer Experience (CX) Strategist and Communications Professional that helps organizations become fully customer-centric. She has the ability to see things from a different perspective, using this lens to help businesses improve how they serve both their employees and customers (because an integrated customer-focused organization supports both sides of the business.)
In the past, Jennifer has consulted with non-profits, corporations, and government agencies. Her clients have included Nova Scotia Power, Summerhill Group, Housing Nova Scotia, and more. She was the Executive Director of the United Way of Colchester County where she focused on rebuilding community relationships and increasing donations using CX strategies. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University and is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
Jennifer provides 'Customer-focused Communications' workshops for NOBL's SEB program.
