Colchester
Labour and Advanced Education, in Partnership with CBDC-NOBL has been pleased to be able to offer training programs in Colchester County through the generosity of several organizations in the community, and we offer programs that small and medium sized businesses can use to grow and prosper.
Persons wishing to take part in Workplace Education training MUST be residents of Nova Scotia, and be employed or self employed, as per the provincial guidelines.
To submit your name for a program, click on the “Register” button in the individual listing, fill in the fields, and click on “Sign Up”. You should receive an auto-response confirming receipt; please note that this is not confirmation of your acceptance, only that we have received your submission. Once we have reached sufficient numbers to confirm the program will run, you will be contacted by the instructor for a one-on-one needs assessment, after which you will receive an email advising of your status.

I am thankful for CBDC NOBL’s contribution toward this because for me this project was a huge cost and there is no way our business could have afforded to have it done alone. The consultant work we had done helped reinforce the positive attributes of our company, which helps to keep us motivated. It also outlined several small goals for us to work on to achieve our ultimate goal which is to create greater visibility of our farm outlet and draw more customers to us.
