Participants must have a high speed Internet connection (no dial up), and hardwired is preferred to wi-fi. A headset or earbuds must be used, and the participant must have a webcam, if no camera in their laptop, with the camera left on; video participation is a requirement, to ensure the connection to the instructor and other participants. A quiet place to focus is required, free from distractions. These details will be part of the INA process.

"A 10 week Excel course sounds daunting at the beginning but in retrospect it didn’t seem long enough. This course provided new skills and honed old ones to make working with Excel more efficient and time friendly. If you use Excel at all this course is for you as there are so many shortcuts/new skills that you will learn to make your Excel life easier. Everyday of this course you come away with something new  you can apply to your work or home life with regards to Excel. A definite must!"  JP Wood, Municipality of Colchester

TESTIMONIALS

“Leading my first-ever CBDC-NOBL course, I can’t say enough about Lynn MacKinnon! She is an incredible instructor, and wow, does she know her stuff! I’ve learned more in five weeks than I did in all of my years in university, having taken multiple accounting and finance courses throughout. Lynn uses language and terms we can all understand, as well as practical, real-life examples to take us through the information we need to know for small business accounting; all of which I have already used. Lynn is hands-down the best instructor I’ve had to date, and I can only hope I have the great fortune of partaking in another course, led by her, in future. Thank you Lynn!” Tanya Colburne, Partner, Langille & Colburne – More Than Events
