About Lisette Jones

Lisette Jones is a leadership consultant, trainer, and founder of ThinkSmart Training & Consulting Incorporated.

 

Lisette has helped hundreds of people overcome chaotic or challenging situations and experience harmony, productivity, and engagement in their workplaces. She has experience in many industries and levels of management through her eighteen years of work as a Workplace Education Instructor through the Department of Labour, Skills, and Immigration and as an independent consultant and facilitator.

 

Lisette holds a Bachelor of Integrated Studies with a minor in Adult Education and is a certified DiSC® facilitator and a Five Behaviors® certified practitioner."
